BCAMP letter re: BC Arts Funding Cuts

As you may be aware, the BC Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts has proposed cuts to arts and culture in the Ministry's 2009 service plan that would result in a 40 to 50 percent reduction in funding levels, which would have dire consequences for literary, arts, and cultural magazines in our province.
