Aniana Domínguez is a Dominican writer and communications professional based in Toronto.
Since 2024, she has co-led the Non-Traditional Newsstands Project for the Magazine Association of BC, building partnerships with community organizations and cultural spaces to expand access to magazines across the province.
Aniana graduated from Simon Fraser University’s Master of Publishing program in 2024. She joined Asparagus Magazine as a marketing intern in 2022, where she co-designed the award-nominated Asparagus Tips newsletter. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Asparagus Journalism Society.
Passionate about arts, culture, and community, Aniana believes publishing has the power to bring people together, preserve stories, and amplify voices that deserve to be heard.
