Magazines Canada Calls for EOI for Board Members

Magazines Canada logoMagazines Canada is calling for expressions of interest from its members to stand for election to its board.  Members can self-nominate or nominate a colleague.
This year, as per the association’s public statement on anti-Black and anti-Indigenous racism, they have committed to elect no fewer than two Black and/or Indigenous directors to the board.
Magazines Canada is also actively looking for more Quebec-based French-language publisher representation on the board. There are a total of three (3) open seats on the board in 2021.
The deadline to apply is March 19.
