Shaleeta Harrison is a poet, editor, and publications manager.
She’s spent the better part of the last decade working with various literary and membership-oriented magazines and intends to continue for the next several decades.
With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vancouver Island University (Creative Writing, English, Visual Arts) Shaleeta spent several years working as the Executive Director for the Federation of BC Writers.
Shaleeta now spends her time working as a publications manager, running Link magazine, APEX magazine, and several other in-house publishing initiatives.
Shaleeta works on her poetry and art in her spare time and lives in Burnaby with her husband, two dogs, and four gerbils.
