New Provincial Funding Announced for Books and Magazines
On April 17, 2023 at BC Book Day in Victoria, Lana Popham, Minister of Tourism, Arts, Culture and Sport announced $400,000 in new funding 2024-2026 for BC books and magazines.

Magazine professionals, publishers, freelancers and students are welcome to attend but must RSVP.
We acknowledge that the Magazine Association of BC carries out its work on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) First Nations.
