Working remotely from anywhere in BC, you will catalogue and organize Seekers Media video, photos, editorial and social media assets into our digital assets management system that will power Seekers into the future.
You also have an interest in producing content: generating Instagram Reels, memes, engagement graphics, clips, slideshows and other social media content as assigned by supervisor Jim Barr, our CEO and Stevie Froese, our social media manager. Stevie will also act as a career mentor to the intern.

Seekers Media connects with over 50,000 outdoor enthusiasts across social media every month, via its series of three online periodicals. We know these connections power Alberta and BC’s mental health in keeping them connected to Western Canada winter, event and transformative experiences.

Applicants must be either students or recent graduates (within 3 years) of an accredited post-secondary institution.
Compensation: $16/hour for 30 hours per week on average, including paid time off for statutory holidays.
Term: April 14-Aug 4, 2021. Students taking exams in April may negotiate fewer hours in that month and make up the time between May and July.
Total work weeks: 16.
